From Order to Collar
1. Choose your tag & personalize it
Pick Tag, Tag + QR, or Tag + QR + NFC, then tell us your pet's name and your contact number — this gets printed directly on the tag.
2. We ship it to you
Delivered anywhere in the Philippines, with a tracking number emailed to you once it's on its way.
3. Activate your pet's profile (Tag + QR and Tag + QR + NFC only)
Every scannable tag ships with a unique activation code and a PIN. Scan the tag, enter the code and PIN, and set up your pet's profile — photo, bio, medical info, and how much of your contact info to show publicly. The plain Tag doesn't need this step; it's ready to wear as soon as it arrives.
4. Clip it on
Attach it to the collar like any other tag. It's waterproof and built for everyday wear.
5. If they're ever lost
Anyone who finds your pet can read the printed info, or scan/tap a QR or NFC tag to see the profile and contact you directly. Turn on Lost Mode from your dashboard and a finder can also share their live location with you by email — no app required on their end either.
